At MMC, our nurses practice excellence every day and annually we recognize those individuals who demonstrate a commitment to quality, professional development and the nursing profession, participate in professional activities; volunteer in our community, and collaborate with others.

Our Nursing Excellence Awards recognize nurses in four categories:
1.  Practice
2.  Teaching
3.  Humanitarian
4.  Team collaboration

Our  Team Award recognizes interdisciplinary teams that come together for the common goal of providing excellence in patient care, utilizing practice innovations, team collaborations, and decision-making processes that contribute to excellent patient outcomes.
