Complaints or Concerns
At Maine Medical Center, we are committed to serving you, and as a healthcare institution interested in providing world class customer service, your input is important.
The Patient Relations Department strives to promote positive guest relations and to assist patients and their family with resolving any concerns.
Concerns should first be discussed with members of the health care team who are most closely involved, such as the nurse or doctor. Voicing your concern will not affect your care or service.

Your concern will be handled in a confidential and sensitive manner and you will be informed of the outcome. It is important that we understand the specifics of your concern and may need to ask you some questions.
