The Ronald McDonald House is a special place to call home for families whose children are hospitalized or receiving medical treatment in the Portland area. The House is conveniently located just four blocks from Maine Medical Center, on the corner of Brackett and Carleton Streets. There are fifteen homey and comfortable guestrooms and several common areas, including kitchen and laundry facilities.
The House serves families whose children are 21 years of age or younger, and who live over 25 miles away from Portland.

Gary's House is a "home away from home" for family members of patients with life-threatening or serious illness. The home is a gracious Federal style duplex, offering nine comfortable bedrooms and six community rooms. These rooms include a kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, playroom and laundry area. Free parking is available. Room rates are $15 per night, per room.
